Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur

For Ancho Reyes Verde, fresh chili peppers are harvested while green and a portion of the fresh green poblanos is also roasted to bring out their fragrant and sweet qualities. Brings the clean and crisp flavor of Poblano chiles from the field to the bottle. On the nose, fire roasted green poblanos, charred tropical fruit, and smoke. In the mouth, notes of golden roasted pineapple, a touch of savory acidity, and the bright taste of green chiles, finishing with rich texture and piquant heat.
